Patrick was our server, he did a great job at being helpful and patient with our kids while ordering and I believe he did his best to make our experience very nice. He had an honest answer about his opinion on a dish (he hadn't tried the dish) which I appreciate. We decided to try it and we were not fans of the dish and didn't eat it so Patrick asked the manager to take if off the bill. We will be back
Amazing experience. I have celiac disease and feel so comfortable eating here. I have never had an issue with cross contamination and they take my allergy serious. Our server Patrick was phenomenal.
P.F. Chang’s made our anniversary feel special. The food was delicious and perfect for sharing, especially the fried rice, pad thai, and lettuce wraps. Everything was well prepared and came out hot and flavorful. The complimentary anniversary cake and handwritten card were a thoughtful touch that made the night feel personal. We’ve celebrated almost five anniversaries and birthdays here, and every time the surprises and the people make our day memorable. Great service, great food, and a lovely place to celebrate.
We go to P.F. Chang’s regularly and always love it! The Singapore Street Noodles are flavorful, the Signature Lo Mein is comforting and delicious, and Chang’s Spicy Chicken is our absolute favorite—crispy, tangy, and perfectly spicy. Consistently great food and service every time.
Elle at the Hiilsboro OR site did an excellent job. She recommended the butter cake and it was outstanding. The food was great and the value was good. The seasonal special of the Chili Miso lobster dumpling should be a permanent appetizer. The Mongolian trio was excellent. Such a great experience!! Highly recommend this restaurant!
We recently visited P.F. Chang’s and overall had a pleasant experience. The ambience was very nice and our server was absolutely wonderful, making us feel welcomed throughout. The food was good, though I forgot to take pictures to capture it. One disappointing part was with our seating arrangement. We had booked a corner booth 1.5 hours in advance, and even though they agreed to it, we weren’t given the booth when we arrived with our two kids. All three booths were empty and no other customers were there, but we were told it was “first come, first serve,” which felt a bit unfair after the prior confirmation. On the positive side, we truly appreciated that even though we stayed about 30 minutes past closing, the staff didn’t rush us or pressure us to finish quickly. That thoughtfulness made our evening more comfortable.
